Corinna’s professional experience spans over twenty years in the corporate world, in international trade in various Countries at operational, managerial and directorship level. She has amassed a wealth of practical expertise and skills in developing and growing cross-cultural teams, their skills, motivations and driving performance for the overall good of the operation. Corinna also volunteers as a chapter lead & coaching support for the organisation Thrive with Mentoring which is an international community of professional women mentoring one another for professional growth.
Corinna is a big believer that people are any organisation‘s greatest asset and is an advocate of drawing out the best in individuals and teams through developing their strengths. She follows a client centred approach, working with the whole person and championing them to be the best version of themselves improving performance which spreads to other areas of their lives.
