Corinna’s professional experience spans over twenty years in the corporate world, in international trade in various Countries at operational, managerial and directorship level. She has amassed a wealth of practical expertise and skills in developing and growing cross-cultural teams, their skills, motivations and driving performance for the overall good of the operation. Corinna also volunteers as a chapter lead & coaching support for the organisation Thrive with Mentoring which is an international community of professional women mentoring one another for professional growth.
Corinna is a big believer that people are any organisation‘s greatest asset and is an advocate of drawing out the best in individuals and teams through developing their strengths. She follows a client centred approach, working with the whole person and championing them to be the best version of themselves improving performance which spreads to other areas of their lives. Corinna is compassionate yet honest and direct in her approach. Her deep listening skills and her ability to work intuitively with her clients fosters trust and a common focus for positive outcomes.
