Experience in one to one coaching
Jane is an Organisational Psychologist and Leadership Coach with over seven years’ experience coaching and mentoring individuals, groups and teams. She specialises in developing personal and leadership strengths and, in doing so, facilitates Leaders, Managers, Professionals and Teams to be self-aware, stronger, more confident and notably more effective. Her coaching clients come from Retail, Finance, Education, Tech, Not-for-Profit, Pharma and the Food industry. She is also a member of the coaching panel with two large private and three Pubic Sector organisations. In 2020, Jane was awarded the EMCC Global EIA Senior Coach Practitioner Certification which demonstrates extensive coaching experience and an advanced level of knowledge and applicability within the coaching profession.
Jane is predominately a strengths-based coach with a particular interest in Positive Leadership, Resilience, Culture and Constructive Relationships in the work-place. This approach provides her Clients with real insights into their values and preferred ways of working: It is like learning a new and empowering language for self-awareness, understanding others and confidence. Solution-focused coaching methods and Appreciative Inquiry also feature alongside a constructivist approach to goal setting and decision-making. Jane also provides specialist coaching to resolve interpersonal conflict and relationship difficulties in the work-place.
Jane’s coaching ability is supported by over 25 years of practical operations and people management experience in senior roles across two large retail organisations. Her client’s occupations may be different but she identifies with the shared challenges and rewards that are part of being an effective leader; responsible for achieving results through the work of others.
The purpose of coaching is to achieve goals. Whether these goals are tangible and specific or more about living and ‘being’, Jane provides the structure and a safe space in which to explore and move towards positive outcomes with her Coaching Clients.
