Experience in one to one coaching


Coaching since 2002, I am experienced in the design and delivery of executive development programmes for managers in transition to middle and senior levels within organisations, across a wide range of sectors including government, Police Service of Northern Ireland, hospitality and healthcare. My approach encompasses compassionate confidence, mindfulness and somatic awareness. Clients are investing time, money, energy and reputation when they choose to work with a coach, and I honour that by offering a practical, flexible, focussed and supportive environment for them.

Results achieved by my 1-1 clients include:

- Enhanced communication skills, especially in situations where clients previously experienced fear of conflict;
- Strengthened their core, authentic leadership skills, helping them to manage team development, conflicting priorities with differing stakeholders;
- Development and non-aggressive communication of personal boundaries, leading to better life-work balance;

I work with individuals and groups either face to face or through the magic of technology, with clients in England, Rep of Ireland.

I am a full member of the Association for Coaching, a Founding Member of the Association in Ireland and currently hold Professional Executive Coach Accreditation with that organisation. I regularly have 1-1 supervision with an Accredited Supervisor. Faculty Member of the Academy of Executive Coaching.
