Experience in one to one coaching

My coaching experience extends over more than 12 years working closely alongside senior people and teams dealing with significant leadership challenges in a fast-moving, increasingly demanding world. My passion is in supporting and facilitating emerging and experienced leaders to tap into and connect with their core strength, personal awareness and potential. I appreciate and respect the privileged and creative space within which coaching relationships are formed and grown. My approach focuses on building rapport with each person as a valued individual, helping to unlock and enhance potential, resilience and performance and to overcome any self-limiting perceptions. Within a safe and trusted relationship, I support and challenge leaders to make sense of where they are, where they want to be, and how they are going to get there. To this end, I encourage people to identify and follow through on the steps that they can take to ensure that their coaching insights and learning are embedded “back at base” within their leadership practice.
My coaching clients are drawn from across a wide range of sectors including education, health, financial and energy regulation, community, voluntary and philanthropic sectors, business, media and government departments.

Clients include:
Queens University, Belfast
