Qualifications: A graduate of Trinity College Dublin with an MBA and an MA in Economics, Tara is a Professional Certified Coach certified by International Coach Federation. She is a Master in Systemic Team Coaching and holds a Diploma in Coaching Excellence in Organisations and a diploma in Gestalt Coaching. Psychometric tools really help a coach to help clients grow. Tara is licensed to deliver Myers Briggs Step I and II, FIRO-B, LSI and ECR.

Experience in one to one coaching
Tara is a specialist in Leadership and Team Coaching. She has logged over 750 coaching hours, coaching C-Suite and Senior Executives for fortune 500 clients and the Public Sector. She works in London, Dublin and Brussels. As a former Investment Banker and Headhunter, Tara’s style is challenging, direct and supportive. The marries the commercial need of the organisation with the leadership needs of the client.
Tara’s clients include Microsoft, ICON, Bacardi, HSBC, PaddyPowerBetfair, Linkedin, Vodafone, Novartis and Zurich Financial Services. She also works in the public sector for Failte Ireland and the Senior Civil Service. Tara integrates Executive Coaching Conversations and Psychometric diagnostics (ability, personality, motivation 360°) to help individuals raise their level of self-awareness and recognise and understand their own strengths and vulnerabilities in dealing with workplace challenges in the context of their role & responsibilities and with organisational change.
Career History Tara has over 30 years experience as a professional. She started her working career in London working for Morgan Stanely. She then moved to NYC where she became a head hunter for Amprop, a learning search firm. After that she studied to become an Executive Coach and started her own business in 2010.
