Finola has over 20 years’ experience, holding various Management and Senior Executive leadership positions both in international locations and in Ireland. She provides coaching and consultancy to the Education Sector, Multinationals, Semi State bodies, and SME’s. She has coached managers in areas of conflict prevention and resolution, strategy implementation, performance management, change management, influencing, stakeholder management, leadership, business planning, and communication.

Finola coaches individuals to consistently deliver higher levels of performance and steers them towards the achievement of goals. She provides an open environment for discussion of sometimes difficult topics that may be roadblock to success. Finola listens intently, asks clarifying questions and tests actions/approaches for robustness. She is engaging, collaborative and practical, teasing out different options and perspectives to enable clients to determine solutions appropriate to their specific circumstances.

Finola promotes STEM subjects within Primary and Secondary schools and has been a Keynote speaker at Engineers Ireland, Women in Engineering events at several girls secondary schools. She has recently worked within the 3rd level education sector coaching managers, facilitating consultative processes, designing and facilitating communication, conflict resolution and influencing skills workshops.

“ Finola acted as a professional coach to me during 2014-2016. Her experience and formal MBA training promoted awareness of Business Function and organisational psychology and theory. These provided substantive and positive frameworks upon which to tease out issues at hand and to implement concrete plans. When it comes to exploring key issues, Finola has the ability to get to the heart of the blockages before quickly facilitating a way forward. I am proud to have Finola as a coach and would thoroughly recommend her in a similar capacity.
